First time going and even though I got just a scalp massage I think it’s one of the best natural hair salons I’ve been to in a long time. My scalp feels like it can breathe now . Braids and Dreads is so customer conscious that they continue to enforce COVID guidelines of masking, hand washing, execute fairly no additional guest policy accompanying the client being served and I so appreciate their genuine concern to keep me safe, and any love ones left at home. My situation was crazy I was basically told that there is a stylist that worked at this salon. The lady asked me to send a deposit for hair. I did the day of my appointment I asked the owner if the lady worked there it was a scammer! So I tell the owner I was scammed the owner made an exception and got me and stylist to do the style I wanted. They were booked even stayed extra late I cried! She did not have to do that! So greatful! Definitely recommend this salon but go directly to the site or call don’t book any other way!

Jay La took her time made me feel welcome took her time, she had explained everything to me through out the process. On what to expect throughout my journey growing my locks. Excellent place to get ethnic hair done in so many styles... including dread locs. Pricing is very competitive plus they have a unique thing going on where you get "free" touch ups to your style every couple of weeks. I mean, who does that? Awesome deal.
